Join us for a unique Track and Field program that culminates with a Track and Field Meet This program puts emphasis on skill development and sportsmanship. Athletes ages 4-12 who are are looking to improve running technique and coordination in the Track & Field events, or gain endurance for another sport, this is for you!
Cross Country participants will work on running and stride techniques, training strategies and efficiency The YMCA cross country program emphasizes skill development and sportsmanship. Athletes will spend a 7 week season developing a training base and progressing to temp training, hills, and speed work. Athletes will learn race strategy, sportsmanship and running safety.
Learn and Love the Game! Interactive skill development lead by the YMCA’s best basketball coaches! Athletes will learn the rules of the game, terminology, and will run through various skill drills and agilities to develop fundamental skills, improve their footwork, and sharpen their practice skills during the off season.
(Ages 11-13) This nationally recognized instructional program is medically accurate, hands-on, and teaches boys and girls how to handle emergencies such as injury management and choking rescue.
Games, activities, and role play are included, as well as Infant CPR.
Work with a certified trainer, review goals, and develop a customized exercise program to meet your needs. Your trainer will guide you through each exercise offering feedback, motivation, and accountability.
