The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis offers Competitive Swim Programs to help you take your skills to the next level and build your confidence in and out of the pool. Recreational and competitive programs are offered to provide an opportunity to work with trained coaches, improve swimming skills, gain endurance, and promote a healthy lifestyle.

We teach athletes to tumble, run, jump and twist in our program while helping them to develop muscular strength, flexibility and body awareness. Adult sports leagues & classes offer a great way to exercise, socialize, and compete. Whether you are looking for a competitive game or a more casual experience the Y has a league or class to keep you active and having fun.
Work with a certified trainer, review goals, and develop a customized exercise program to meet your needs. Your trainer will guide you through each exercise offering feedback, motivation, and accountability.
